Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga characterised by seamlessly fusing yoga poses together so that you move from one yoga pose to another, seamlessly, using breath. Often also called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga" or simply just "Flow Yoga".
Rocket Yoga is designed to make the physically demanding Ashtanga Yoga simpler. It breaks down the rigidity of the classical Ashtanga poses, making it easier for you to practice it. Why the "Rocket"? Well ... "it gets you there faster".
Ashtanga Yoga is ideal for those who need a good cardio workout, the movements can be done quickly and the poses can effectively raise your heart rate. Classes are currently only available by special request. Please do enquire.

Dharna is able to modify poses for your ability, as well as provide explanations of each of the poses and their unique benefits. In addition, she also has knowledge of pranyama (breathing techniques), which can help you gain a clear insight on your alignment in yoga postures.
